Earth Day Week Celebration 2026

The College celebrated Earth Day Week from 22–29 April 2026 under various environmental themes through the joint efforts of the College NSS Committee and Mission Green Punjab Committee under the guidance of Principal Dr. Jasmeet Sethi.
The activities were organized under the guidance of NSS Committee Incharge Mrs. Priyanka Agnihotri and Mission Green Punjab Committee Incharge Ms. Isha Madaan.
The week-long celebration included activities such as tree plantation drives, sustainability pledge, composting activity, seminars on environmental awareness, slogan writing, human chain, green audit, zero plastic rally, and community outreach programmes in adopted village Khun-Khun. Students actively participated with great enthusiasm, promoting awareness of environmental protection, sustainable living, biodiversity conservation, and reducing plastic usage.
All reports and photographs of the activities were successfully uploaded and approved on the Bharat Environment Program – A Bharat Sustainability Campus Mission 2026 Portal organized by Research Heights Foundation in collaboration with EPTRI.
As a consequence, the college has been recognized as a “Platinum Sustainable Campus” for its remarkable contribution towards environmental sustainability during Earth Week 2026.
