The College provides structured dissertation guidance to M.Ed. students every academic year under the mentorship of experienced faculty members. Through systematic supervision, students are supported at every stage of their research journey — from problem formulation and tool construction to data analysis and report writing.

To strengthen research competencies, the College regularly organises workshops, seminars, and capacity-building programmes. Notably, a hands-on workshop on SPSS was conducted to equip students with practical skills in statistical analysis, enhancing the quality and rigor of their research work.
