It aims to foster holistic personality development with productive and critical thinking, and to prepare sincere, competent, and dedicated teachers for elementary, secondary, and higher secondary education. 

The institution focuses on developing cognitive and analytical skills, while also cultivating guidance and counselling competencies essential for the teaching profession. Emphasis is laid on enhancing effective communication skills required for professional interaction and on instilling human values, ethics, and social responsibility among pupil teachers.
